Part A: Buying a licence (digital content)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online, with the button Withdraw from a contract (omnipacto.de/en/withdraw.html). If you use this online function, I will send you without delay, on a durable medium (for example by email), a confirmation of receipt with information on the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which I am informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. I will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal in a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium expires if I have begun performance of the contract after you

1. have expressly consented to my beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired,
2. have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun, and
3. I have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (by email).

The checkout obtains both the consent and the acknowledgement during the purchase. I begin performance by sending you the licence key by email. The contract confirmation is part of that email.

Part B: Omnipacto Plus (subscription of the Cloud edition)

Right of withdrawal

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay me an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to me your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Note: the data you recorded in Omnipacto is kept after a withdrawal; the free tier applies again (see the terms for the Cloud edition, § 6).
