Cancel Omnipacto Plus

This page applies to Omnipacto Plus, the subscription of the Cloud edition (cloud.omnipacto.de). The licence key for the Server and Desktop editions is a one-time purchase with no term, so there is nothing to cancel there.

Plus can be cancelled monthly. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. After that the free tier applies again: the oldest five contracts stay usable, the others remain locked in the list, and the full export always works. Nothing is deleted.

What happens next

After you cancel you receive a confirmation by email with the date and time it was received and, if a subscription runs under that address, the date on which Plus ends. If no subscription runs under the address, the email says so too, so that a typo does not go unnoticed.

Plus stays active until the end of the paid period. No further costs arise. If you change your mind, you can switch Plus on again in the app at any time.

To withdraw from a contract, that is to undo it within 14 days of concluding it, use the button Withdraw from a contract.
